It's Over
Would you believe we got up and left at 4:30 am? We were not the first ones to leave, just anxious to get moving. The sky was pink and then bright red as the sun rose over the mountains and the road was empty. We took a morning nap and then passed though some more small towns like McBride. We had stopped here on a previous trip and I got a ceramic bowl that I enjoy using for serving snacks. Later we passed through Mount Robson Park with that mountain being the tallest in the Canadian Rockies. By lunchtime we were in Jasper and stopped to greet this big bear and eat. We met a couple from our trek here who had left soon after us and passed us while we were snoozing.
