If I Fell
We drove east and stopped in Great Falls, Montana and took a scenic drive along the Missouri River. We were very impressed with this beautiful city full of parks and recreation sites. Wish we could have spent more time here. We went as far as Rainbow Falls which now sit below a dam. The series of falls on the Missouri were discovered by the Lewis and Clark expedition. When Meriwether Lewis heard and then saw the falls he described it as, "The grandest sight I had ever beheld." I've seen bigger falls, but these are impressive. We saw American White Pelicans swimming in the river and also Ring-Billed Gulls. The bottom duck is (I think) a Gadwall.
