I Shot the Sheriff

Three times a day a mock gunfight is staged in the middle of Main Street. Actors place cones to keep traffic stopped and tourists line the sidewalks. Each gun battle is an authentic replica of an event in Deadwood. Here a group is playing cards (in a saloon) when an angry young man comes in and makes an accusation. He shoots, is apprehended by the sheriff, and taken away. Two pals take the wounded man off and he seems okay. Actually he was shot in the head and lived happily for 67 days when he died. The bullet would not have killed him today as he died of an infection.
