Near the end of the Jazz Festival the group jammed to "Get Your Kicks on Route 66." The singer is from Venezuela with a thick accent and it was great to know this is an international song that brings us together.
Finally woke up to a sunny day with little wind. Jeff, Brian and I got in the car and drove up to The Mirador to have breakfast. We thought Brian would enjoy the view and it was clear and beautiful up there.
We drove through the hills and ended up a The Castle so Brian could see it and say hello to his friends.
From here we headed over to the Jazz & Blues Festival. This is the last day and Brian joined us for the afternoon. We enjoyed two jazz groups, Latin music and Carolyn Wonderland from Austin, Texas. The end was a jam with all the artists who were still at the venue. It was great!
Headed home, made dinner and watching TV.
