Life is beautiful in the Low Country. Our backyard lagoon is a treat for the senses. The blue heron comes every day and strolls the grounds and does some fishing. The alligator says, "Peek-a-boo" and slides under water. She/he is still sitting on the nest some of the time. Only one gator is in the lagoon now in addition to the six juveniles. The hawk is unidentified, but he was being chased by two angry crows.
