The Super Bowl was so exciting tonight and we are hoarse from cheering. Another great day here in Punta Cana. We slept late and then went to breakfast and the beach. Hot and sunny and a totally beautiful day. The ocean here is several shades of blue. The Atlantic and Caribbean merge here making lots of waves. As you look out there are four or five shades of blue from the darkest on the horizon to almost clear near the beach.
Funny as we walked around we discovered a new swimming pool. It looked nice and they play soft rock music, so we may try it. Each pool has a theme and type of music. Some have DJ's and emcees making lots of noise.
Late afternoon we both had massages at the spa. It is a very nice facility and I am feeling so good. It is nice to be pampered.
We ate a quick dinner and went to the large theatre for the game. It seats about 500 and food and drink were abundant. Outside they had tables, a band, and lots of food choices. Inside people were milling around and getting excited. Jeff wore his Eagles shirt as did many other guests. Lots of Patriots fans too. The game was so good and we loved the Eagles winning their first Super Bowl.
